He’s recognized as a world leader in applying performance improvement methodologies to business processes. Harrington is past chairman of the prestigious International Academy for Quality and past president of the American Society for Quality. He’s also an active member of the Global Knowledge Economics Council.
Praveen Gupta is president of Accelper Consulting and has been working in the business improvement field since 1980. Praveen has trained executives for Motorola University in Six Sigma, design for manufacturability, cycle time reduction, statistical process control, and managing continuous improvement.
