Shipping & Handling Charge
We add a $2.00 shipping & handling charge to all shipments.
U.S. Orders
All U.S.-bound orders received before noon Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day we receive your order. Orders will be sent by UPS Ground, Second Day or Next Day depending on customer preference. Please allow seven business days for your order to arrive for UPS Ground service. We cannot ship via UPS to PO Boxes.

Canadian Orders
All Canadian-bound orders received before noon Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day we receive your order. Orders will be sent via UPS Standard. Please allow ten business days for your order to arrive. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that my accrue in customs. Payment must be in U.S. funds. If payment is made by check, the check must be in U.S. funds and be payable through a U.S. bank.

For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, please fax or mail your order information to us. We can then provide you with an accurate price and estimated delivery time for your order.

Drop Shipments
Please note that some of the items sold by Paton Professional are products of other companies and may be shipped directly to you from them. Therefore, you may receive more than one shipment if your order contains multiple products. We will not charge you additional shipping fees because of this.
