You may select in-house training topics from any of our public courses offerings. With in-house training, our instructor comes to your location for training that’s customized to your organization’s specific needs and challenges.

If you’re considering an in-house training event, we’re glad to help you assess whether or not it’s a viable option. One consideration that’s usually a key factor is cost. In-house training costs are comprised two parts: training fees and the instructor’s travel expenses.

For very small groups (6 to 8 participants) the cost-per-person is typically comparable to public course rates. Many organizations with small groups still opt to “go in-house” because they place a high value on the convenience, privacy and customization that in-house training offers. For larger groups (15 or more) it’s common for in-house training to actually translate into significant savings on a cost-per-person basis.
