

Dennis Arter, is a quality consultant and trainer well-known in the quality arena as “the Audit Guy.” Since 1988, Dennis has presented his auditing instruction worldwide to more than 8,000 people from various industries and organizations of all sizes.
Dennis is an ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor and also a fellow in the American Society for Quality, former board member, and active member in the customer-supplier division. Dennis is a licensed mechanical engineer with a degree in biochemistry from the University of Illinois.

Craig Cochran is the North Metro Regional Manager with Georgia Tech's Economic Development Institute. He has an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Cochran is a Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality. He is certified as a QMS Lead Auditor through RABQSA.

Praveen Gupta, president of Accelper Consulting, has been working in the business performance improvement field since 1980. He has consulted with more than one hundred corporations in achieving improved performance.
Praveen holds an MSEE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and is a CQE, a CSQE and a PE in Illinois. H. James Harrington, Ph.D., is the chief executive officer of the Harrington Institute. He also serves as chairman of the board for a number of businesses and the U.S. chairman of technologies for Project Management at the University of Quebec, Montreal. He’s recognized as a world leader in applying performance improvement methodologies to business processes.
Harrington is past chairman of the prestigious International Academy for Quality and past president of the American Society for Quality. He’s also an active member of the Global Knowledge Economics Council.

LISA D. MCNARY
Lisa D. McNary, Ph.D., was W. Edwards Deming's last graduate student. Deming served on her doctoral disseration committee and was also her internship advisor.
Her undergraduate degree is from Louisiana State University, her master's degree from Lamar University of the Texas State University System, and her doctorate is from the University of New Mexico. She has also done post-doctoral study at Ohio State University.
Dr. McNary is the owner of Disc Consulting Ltd., an organizational specialty firm. She also teaches various college-level courses in management, lecturing nationally as well as internationally. Her research has been published in a number of scholarly journals and trade press publications.

Roderick A. Munro, Ph.D., is an ASQ Fellow, CQE, CQA, and Certified Quality Manager, and has worked in industry for nearly 20 years in quality and quality training positions. He has previously published articles on Six Sigma and has spoken on the topic to various groups and organizations. He was also instrumental in approving the Six Sigma Champion and Black Belt training program for a Fortune 100 company. Munro received a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Cambridge State University, and an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University.

Denise Robitaille is the author of numerous books on various quality topics. She is an internationally recognized speaker who brings years of experience in business and industry to her work in the quality profession. In November of 2005, she was recognized in Quality Digest as one of the “Drivers of Quality.” Denise is a member of U.S. TAG to ISO/TC 176, the committee responsible for updating the ISO 9000 family of standards. She is also a RABQSA-certified lead assessor, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and a fellow of ASQ.

RADLEY M. SMITH
Radley M. Smith is one of the original co-authors of Quality System Requirements QS-9000. R. WILLIAM A. STIMSON
William A. Stimson, Ph.D., is a certified quality auditor and consultant in ISO 9000 requirements, statistical process control, and quality management. He has more than 30 years' experience in industry, 20 of them as an engineer and manager. This experience includes the design and development of automatic control systems for spacecraft and for industrial applications, and project and functional management of test and evaluation groups. RUSSELL T. WESTCOTT
Russell T. Westcott is president of R.T. Westcott & Associates, a consulting firm that assists clients with strategic planning, the ISO 9001/9004 quality management system implementation and registration process, the application of lean manufacturing and benchmarking as well as qualifying under Baldrige-type criteria. He's a fellow of the American Society for Quality and an ASQ Certified Quality Manager. Westcott serves on several committees of ASQ's Quality Management Division.

Donald J. Wheeler, Ph.D., is a consulting statistician who had the good fortune to work with W. Edwards Deming and David S. Chambers. Dr. Wheeler graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with bachelor's degrees in physics and mathematics, and has master's and doctorate degrees in statistics from Southern Methodist University. From 1970 to 1982 he taught in the statistics department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he was an associate professor. Between 1981 and 1993, he periodically assisted Dr. Deming with his four-day seminars. He is the author of more than 15 books and more than 60 articles. Dr. Wheeler is a fellow of the American Statistical Association.
