MICHAEL MATHE



Michael Mathe is founder and President of Innovative Quality Services Company a training, consulting and documentation services company focusing on quality management system development and Lean Six Sigma process improvement. Michael has over 31 years of manufacturing, operations and quality management experience including his 15 years with Innovative Quality Services. He has worked with over 150 organizations and has a wealth of hands on experience in many and varied industries and organizations. His recent project work has focused on total 5S development, ISO 13485 certification, FDA medical device validations and compliance, ISO 14001 quality management system development and AS9100C system upgrades and system development. Michael also has many years of webinar development experience focusing on total quality management and the merger of quality management systems and process improvement initiatives.
