SHAUNA WILSON
For the past 13 years, Shauna Wilson, president of Amazon Consulting Inc. has focused her consulting talents on performance management, international standards, and building high-performance Internet teams. She has been at the forefront with her concept of InterneTeaming, leading the way to more collaborative methods for working over the Internet. Working from home -- globally, Shauna understands what it takes to work remotely. Contracting with Corporate 500 companies, Shauna has tested her revolutionary communication methods changing online meetings from content direct to content collaborative one meeting at a time!
Wilson has twenty years of quality field experience in high-tech industry, she is an IRCA-certified QMS auditor who conducts online internal ISO 9001 QMS audits for global supply chains and registration audits (site and online) for Verisys Registrars. Wilson is currently writing and speaking on how to conduct online quality audits for global supply chains.
She holds a MS in instructional design and performance management technologies, and a BA in communication. Wilson published InterneTeaming.com: Tools to Create High Performance Remote Teams. She has presented at American Society for Quality ASQ International Conferences, ISO 9000 International Conference, and American Society for Training and Development ASTD. Her writings have been featured in Quality Progress, The Auditor, and ASTD's InfoLine.
