Craig Williams is corporate director of quality and performance improvement with Eaton Corp. He has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience in various industries including pharmaceutical, graphic arts, aerospace, fluid power, electrical, and automotive. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and vice chair of TG 9001/9004 of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO/TC 176. He serves as a U.S. expert on the international drafting committee responsible for ISO 9001:2008 (TG 1.19 of ISO/TC 176/SC 2) and represents U.S. interests on the Chairman’s Strategic Advisory Group (CSAG) of TC 176. He is a former chair of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Quality Steering Committee, a former chair of the Special Process Project Team, and a contributing member of the APQP Manual Revision Team.
