The instruction is applicable to any quality management system (ISO 9001, FDA, automotive, etc.). Those faced with assessing the process approach of ISO 9001:2000 will find the seminar to be especially valuable. Instructor

Dennis Arter, is a quality consultant and trainer well-known in the quality arena as “the Audit Guy.” Since 1988, Dennis has presented his auditing instruction worldwide to more than 8,000 people from various industries and organizations of all sizes.

Dennis is an ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor and also a fellow in the American Society for Quality, former board member, and active member in the customer-supplier division. Dennis is a licensed mechanical engineer with a degree in biochemistry from the University of Illinois.

In addition to his best-selling books and magazine articles on auditing and ISO 9001, Dennis Arter wrote Quality Audits for Improved Performance, which has sold more than 40,000 copies.

Registration: 7:30-8:00 a.m.

Cancellations and Substitutions
You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days before the seminar. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 10 business days prior to the seminar, you may send a substitute from your organization or transfer your registration fee to another seminar or conference of your choice that is scheduled within the next 12 months of your original event. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
