This is an easy-to-understand 30-minute video on the basics of internal auditing. It includes a Learning Guide. The video is presented in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner by Jack West and Charlie Cianfrani who have been training auditors and conducting audits for many years. West is the chair of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group and the lead U.S. delegate to ISO/TC 176, which has produced the ISO 9000 family of standards. Cianfrani is a U.S. expert delegate to ISO/TC 176 within the working group that wrote ISO 9001/4:2000. The Learning Guide includes the text of what’s on the video, key points covered, space to jot down notes and a “test” to evaluate how well the viewer has learned the material (an ideal handout to viewers of the video). Extra Learning Guides are available (see below). This video training program is ideal for giving employees newly assigned to an audit team a quick understanding of what an audit is all about and how an internal audit program works. It can be viewed in a classroom situation or individually as needed by management. CONTENTS Sections of Video and Learning Guide
