To understand Lean takes a multidimensional view. You can learn Lean over years of study and practice, or in a few hours if the material is organized well. During this in-depth, two-hour course you will gain an overview of Lean in eight dimensions. The dimensions are interdependent, making application easy since you move smoothly from one area to the next. The areas are: Planning, Five S, Standard work, Involvement, Total Productive Maintenance, Value stream mapping, Human flow automation, and Just in time.

In additions to this overview of the major Lean dimensions, the webinar will review improvement cycles, cultural issues often faced in Lean application, illustrations of templates to get started with your work standardization, a review of systems thinking, and a list of practical lessons learned. All in all you gain a broad perspective on Lean, allowing you to make your program as successful as possible.
