SUMMARY
Getting top managers to pay attention to the management review process is a daunting task. Filled with “quality speak,” the reviews often fail to present data that managers need in a format that reflects appropriate consideration for the strategic and monetary impact of the issues being discussed.

Without adequate information, managers lack the necessary justification for allocation of resources – an activity that in most organizations is ultimately channeled through the budget process.

The webinar will discuss the inputs into management review that help to make it a value-added process.

It will include:
  • Management review as a dynamic, cyclical process
  • Preparing for the review
  • What information to include
  • Involvement of key players
  • Relation to quality objectives
  • Action items and other outputs
