E-mail this product to a friend

Process mapping is one of those tools that organizations leverage for a variety of reasons. Some organizations use it as a tool for writing procedures while others use it as a baseline for understanding the steps of processes for eliminating non-value added steps. This course provides you with the basic skills to develop process maps. This four-hour course will use a combination of presentation and students participating in exercises to emphasize the topics.

In this half-day workshop you'll participate in discussions on:
  • Listing customers, suppliers, and owners
  • Inputs and outputs
  • Including steps of the process
  • Key characteristics of the process
At the conclusion of this course, you can expect to have the basic tools you need to map a process.
