A Webinar is a great way to learn—“training without the travel.” With interactive, live Webinar training, your instructor is able to present information to you right over the phone. Plus you’re able to pose questions and hear those of your peers, too.
Most of our Webinar presentations are 1-2 hours long. Topics include a variety of quality and standards-related subjects: quality tools, standards, process improvement, and much more. We frequently add Webinars, so be sure to check back for new courses!

Our live Webinars work like this:
- When you register for a live Webinar, you’ll receive a Web site address, toll-free phone number, and access code.
- A few minutes before the Webinar start-time, you pull up the Web URL in your browser and login to the session and then dial the phone number and access code provided—it’s that easy!
Technical Requirements
