PRESENTER

John Dahlgren is a 20-year practitioner of continuous improvement systems, total quality management, and lean. He is the director of training for Paton Professional. John has been a lean Champion in a variety of manufacturing and distribution environments and has successfully implemented a wide variety of lean tools, from 5S to kanban scheduling. In addition to his continuous improvement and lean skills, John Dahlgren is a qualified lead auditor of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 international quality systems. As a former director of regulatory affairs and quality systems, John has expertise in US FDA QSR medical device regulations subject to the FDA QSR, EU Medical Device Directive, and Health Canada CMDR. John is also a part-time college lecturer and instructor and serves as associate and adjunct faculty for Butte Community College and CSU Chico, respectively. He has more than 20 years of industrial and business experience in manufacturing, engineering services, and consulting.
